MAGIC IMPORT OPERATION GUIDE

1. Email Text Import Events

1. Email Template Content

①From 8:00 am on March 4, 2025 to 9:00 pm on March 4,2025, take your family to a San Francisco park to participate in a parent-child activity 222;

② The weather is sunny From 9:00 am to 10:00 am on March 4, take your family to a park to participate in a parent-child activity.

2. Step Instructions

① Recipient：fill in the virtual device mailbox

② Subject: You can enter the existing category name of the virtual device; if not entered, the category will default to “Uncategorized”

③ Body: Enter the content of the template email

3.Send Successful Result

①Received an email stating that the following events were successfully added

②Added events will be echoed in the APP

2. Word Import Events

2.Send Successful Result

① Received an email stating that the following events were successfully added

6.Magic Import Failure Scenario

1、The email address of the receiving device is a non-member; email template (view template below)

2、The sending mailbox is not associated with the platform device (the sending mailbox account will receive a waiting review reminder email/the receiving magic import platform mailbox will receive a review email)

3、Wrong email address (no email reminder; need to check by yourself)

4、Attachment format is not available (not in PDF/Word/Excel/TXT format)

5、Word/PDF/Excel documents cannot contain images (images cannot be recognized)
